Lodewijk Kleijn

Organisational Change, Building Brigdes within and between Companies

Sometimes projects are so challenging that all experts agree that the chance of success is virtually nil. Then the attention of Lodewijk Kleijn is drawn. In 1989 he exchanged a comfortable banking job in Chicago to start an IT company in China, months after the student uprising in China gave most foreigners cold feet. 12 years later he was able to successfully sell his company in Beijing to PWC. Lodewijk then founded an advisory practice in London that initiated major strategic change projects at public-private partnerships. By dragging silos, listening to everyone and connecting creative solutions with hard projects, he managed to realize trajectories that others had given up at the London Underground and a Marine shipyard in England. Since 2012, Lodewijk has returned to the Netherlands and combines assignments for companies that can change the world with unpaid management work at the TEDx organization, among others.
